2012 INFORMS MANUFACTURING & SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (MSOM) CONFERENCE

& SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP (SIGs) MEETINGS

HOSTED BY COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY, JUNE 17-19, 2012

The 2012 INFORMS MSOM Conference and SIGs Meetings will be held on June 17-19, 2012 at Columbia University in the City of New York. The conference will be jointly coordinated by the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Columbia Engineering and the Division of Decision Risk and Operations at the Columbia Business School. The conference welcomes all researchers and practitioners with an interest in the management of manufacturing and service operations.

Program highlights:

• MSOM Conference will be held on Monday June 18 and Tuesday June 19 on Columbia campus

• SIG Meetings will be held on Sunday June 17 on Columbia campus

• Monday June 18 evening reception scheduled to be on a cruise around Manhattan

Important dates:

• February 20, 2012 - Submission deadline (deadline extended)
• April 20, 2012 - Early registration opens
• May 15, 2012 - MSOM Conference Program available
• June 1, 2012 - Regular registration opens
